How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you place an order, a confirmation will be sent via email. If you did not get the email, please contact us for support.
Can I cancel/change my order?
Once you successfully place an order, you won’t be able to change or cancel. However, you can go through the refund process and easily order the product you want. We highly recommend double-checking your order before checking out.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You can select a shipping option with tracking. The customer chat on this website also provides you with your delivery status.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Bancontact, iDEAL, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Interac.
We provide Paypal and Shop Pay as payment options.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all countries in the world. That means anyone can shop with Barebone :)
How much is shipping?
We offer free worldwide shipping for all orders over $50. Please visit our Shipping & Return for more details.
For special promotions, we often offer discounts and sales, sign up for the newsletter so you don't miss out!
How long does it take for my orders to arrive?
It takes about 1-5 days for orders within Canada and US, depending on the shipping option you select.
Will there be custom duties and taxes?
For international orders (deliveries outside Canada) may be subject to import duties and taxes once the order reaches its destination country.
These potential additional fees will not be covered or reimbursed by Barebone. Since import duties and taxes vary from country to country, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for more information before ordering.
Return
Can I return my order?
Yes, we offer free returns when the products are purchased online, unworn, in original condition, and in a 30-day period.
What is the return process?
To start your return, contact customer support at support@bareboneapparel.com with your order number.
We will provide instructions for the next steps.
Do you offer exchange?
We currently do not offer an exchange. If you like another product, please go through the return process and place a new order.
