Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100 in US and Canada.
What is your return policy?
We accept free returns within 30 days of the purchase date. All jewelry must be in original condition.

When will my order ship?
Every order will be shipped in 2 business days.
How long does shipping take?
Vancouver orders arrive in 1–2 business days. Shipping to the rest of Canada and the U.S. typically takes 2–5 days.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be used per order and cannot be combined with other promotions.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order with the tracking number provided in the email we send after we ship your products.
Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are set by your local customs office and are not included in our shipping rates. Customers are responsible for any additional fees upon delivery.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, we can update your address as long as your order hasn’t shipped. Please double-check your information at checkout and email us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
Can I cancel my order after it’s placed?
Yes, it's possible to cancel your order as long as your order hasn't shipped. Please contact us ASAP if you would like to cancel your order.
Do you offer local pickup?
We don’t offer recurring local pickup at the moment, but we do open pickup windows from time to time. Stay tuned for updates via email or social.
Materials & Care
What materials are used in your jewelry?
We work with 92.5% sterling silver finished in rhodium or 18k gold, and high-quality 316 stainless steel. You won’t find harsh materials like nickel or brass in our jewelry—only metals that are safe and comfortable on your skin.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Jewelry made with sterling silver can naturally tarnish over time; however, our pieces are plated with rhodium to keep them bright and more resistant to tarnish. Every sterling silver order includes a complimentary microfiber cloth to gently restore shine whenever needed.
Is it hypoallergenic?
Yes — both our 925 sterling silver and our 316 stainless steel are hypoallergenic. Our sterling silver is plated with rhodium or 18k gold for added comfort and protection, while our 316 stainless steel is naturally nickel-safe, water-resistant, and gentle on sensitive skin.
Can I shower/swim?
Stainless steel pieces are water-safe for daily wear, but swimming is not recommended. Chlorine and pool chemicals can dull the finish over time. Sterling silver pieces should always be removed before swimming to protect their plating and shine.
How do I care for sterling silver jewelry?
Keep your sterling silver dry and stored in a sealed pouch out of direct sun. Avoid water, lotions, perfume, and sweat to preserve the plating. A quick polish with the microfiber cloth provided will lift any light tarnish.
How do I care for stainless steel jewelry?
Stainless steel is easy to care for. Wash gently with mild soap and water, dry fully, and store in a soft pouch. Avoid chlorine and harsh chemicals to keep the shine.
How do I store snake chain jewelry?
Coil your snake chain gently and store it on its own to avoid clinking or tangling. A soft pouch will help keep its shape intact.
